Chef Remi Cooking Thermometer

Image
I've been wanting a thermometer for quite a while, it can definitely come in handy when you are cooking meat (that is what I will be using mine in particular). The thermometer is red, black and silver, all colors that fit well in any kitchen, so that was well thought out. This also comes with a battery already, a  CR123A   battery that can be easily replaced. The thermometer I received started reading in Celsius when I turned it on, but this can be easily switched to Fahrenheit, so that is pretty handy, let's say in the case when you have a recipe that tells you the temperature in Celsius, you don't have to deal with converting the temperatures yourself. That, for me, makes things a lot easier. I tend to cook a lot of European recipes and always have to either ask Siri or convert temperatures using Google, now I don't have to deal with that!  We tested it today on burger meat, and it read appropriately, everything cooked great because of this. Chef Remi Jar Opener

As someone who loves to cook, any kitchen item that makes my life easier is a real treat. So, when I got the chance to try and test this jar opener, I was pretty excited to do it. Let me start with the colors, this is grey and red, it is pretty nice as a combination. You get four different size jars (or bottles, if you're like me and sometimes a regular water bottle gives you trouble), and I think this couldn't have been better done. With it, I received a plastic mat that sticks to the bottom of the jar and the table, so that I don't end up with a jar or its contents on the floor for applying too much force. I think that was a great idea, really making everything easier. Of course, the first one to try it out was my husband, even though he does have more than enough strength to open jars on his own, he just really liked the idea. It was extremely easy to use, so the design and idea behind this works. My family and I are more than happy with this kitchen item! I think

Ozeri Ultra 42 inch Wind Fan

This is my first tower fan, and so far, I am impressed. A few months back I had bought a pedestal fan what was annoyingly hard to install, it had instructions that would give anyone headaches, plus, it required a whole set of tools that were not included. This fan is the complete opposite. The instructions manual is extremely useful, everything is presented in steps, and on the side you even get pictures. There is really not much installing to do, and you don't have to guess on the next step, either. Using it is also a piece of cake. There are buttons on top of the fan, and a small remote control (with 2 triple A batteries included). I have been using the remote control, it's easier and I don't have to be next to it. If I wake up at night and think it's too hot or too cold, I can easily put the fan in a higher or lower speed. My favorite thing about it is the fact that this has a sleep mode, when it goes somewhat quiet, which is great when you're a light sleeper
