Chef Remi Cooking Thermometer
I've been wanting a thermometer for quite a while, it can definitely come in handy when you are cooking meat (that is what I will be using mine in particular).
The thermometer is red, black and silver, all colors that fit well in any kitchen, so that was well thought out. This also comes with a battery already, a CR123A battery that can be easily replaced.
The thermometer I received started reading in Celsius when I turned it on, but this can be easily switched to Fahrenheit, so that is pretty handy, let's say in the case when you have a recipe that tells you the temperature in Celsius, you don't have to deal with converting the temperatures yourself. That, for me, makes things a lot easier. I tend to cook a lot of European recipes and always have to either ask Siri or convert temperatures using Google, now I don't have to deal with that!
We tested it today on burger meat, and it read appropriately, everything cooked great because of this.
